COMPLETIONS DESIGN
Detailed Completions Design to meet Your Well Objectives
MagCo Energy Services team of professionals working alongside your Exploration & Production teams, will design the most efficient solution to complete your wells in terms of reliability and feasability.
Featuring nodal analysis to select the most appropriate tubing size and define zonal isolation strategies; metallurgy analysis to maintain wellbore integrity for a given production cycle or during the entire life of the well.

SIMULATION
Optimize Well Design through Software Analysis
Most wells are completed and treated through a tubing and packer system. Changes in temperature and pressure inside or outside the tubing will either cause a tubing length change or induce forces in the tubing and on the packer. Our licensed tubing movement (TM) software enables the user to plan packer running operations considering packer-to-tubing forces, cumulative length changes and axial force distribution.
Extended Reach Directional (ERD) wells expose tubulars to greater amounts of Torque and Drag (T&D). Omission to T&D effects can result in failure to run the completion to bottom, properly set packers, stuck pipe, pipe failures, and costly fishing jobs.
MagCo's suite of licensed TM, T&D, nodal, and fracture analysis software allows for efficient completion designs, safer drilling & completion programs, or specific tool operations.
SERVICES
MagCo Energy Services provides a broad range of value innovative solutions including wellbore designs and implementation of value added products to meet for your project savings. Team MagCo will technically support those products and solutions for the term of your well or project. Our goal is to expand product and service portfolios to local companies that do not have the technical knowledge of those product lines and will represent our client to the end user. MagCo will provide project management and engineering solutions for turn-key projects from new drill, workovers, or plug & abandonment (P&A) campaigns, on a scale of managing 41 sub-contractors to product delivery and execution.
